William
Fiske has substantial civil litigation experience in a variety of
different areas of the law, including business, commercial, real
estate, professional liability, products liability, class action,
insurance bad faith, and personal injury related matters. Will enjoys
collaborating with clients to form creative and cost-effective
solutions to complex legal problems. Where early and efficient
case reduction is not possible, Will has strong advocacy skills to set
the stage for dispositive motions and trial.
Will graduated with distinction from University of the Pacific,
McGeorge School of Law in 2006. Upon graduation, he was awarded
the ALI-ABA Scholarship and Leadership Award. During law school, he
served as Editor-in-Chief of the Pacific McGeorge Global Business &
Development Law Journal, and published an article on arbitration in The
Transnational Lawyer (18 Transnat'l Law. 455). He was also a
member of the Pacific McGeorge Trial Advocacy Honors Competition
Team. After earning a Master’s degree in Higher Education from
the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) in 2002, Will managed
a private education program. Will also received his Bachelor’s
degree in Economics from UCLA in 2001.
Will is licensed to practice in California, the Ninth Circuit Court of
Appeals, and the United States District Courts for the Northern and
Eastern District’s of California. He serves on the board of
directors for Today's Youth Matter, a local organization exposing
foster youth to the great outdoors.
Will was born in El Cerrito, California in 1979. He grew up
primarily in Burlingame, California. He is married, and resides
in Walnut Creek, California.
